This could quite possibly be the cutest cake topper I’ve ever seen! My sister is having a tree themed wedding and this would be adorable for them. I’m not really a big fan of cake toppers, but this one takes the cake! (I’m so clever… 😉 haha) Couldn’t resist sharing.
And I don’t mean the kind that serves booze. Now-a-days, brides are looking for more ways to set their event apart and create a unique experience for their guests. A food bar not only allows your guest to customize their meal or dessert, but gives them a fun and memorable activity of the day. You can make a bar out of just about anything. Ice cream, s’mores, candy, cupcakes, and my new personal favorite, mashed potato! Just lay out the main dish and choose plenty of toppings and flavors for guest to choose from. Here’s a few images to get your creative juices flowing!
This would be the most adorable soda shop themed wedding ever!
Extra points if you make your own marshmallows. It’s very Martha Stewart of you…
Ok so this one is a buffet, but still a great favor for your guests.
Who doesn’t love cake? And who wouldn’t want a convenient, fun, and creative way to serve it? Cake Pops are a great alternative to a large cake, or even cupcakes! They also offer flexibility with flavors and decor, and saves on those pesky cake cutting fees! Besides, they are so cute!
Cake pops are sweeping the wedding and event scene. They are easy enough to make for a back yard BBQ too! They fit any style wedding, from a quirky garden event, to an elegant ballroom affair.
Here’s a great recipe for the DIY’er!
Update: I’ve heard of people making these out of doughnut holes from Dunkin’ Doughnuts. I got excited until I realized that there isn’t one anywhere near me! But for those of you who do, just poke a stick in them, and dip them in frosting, chocolate, or anything really, and you’ve got your self a cake pop!
